If you look at all of your "After" pics, in every single one she's wearing like a level 5 push up bra. If you look at all of your "before" pics, she isn't.
I think maybe she´s got breast injections with Macrolane... that stuff can increase breast size with about one cup. Its been on the market for a while now but been super expensive, however if you make as much money as she does its hardly a problem!
Also i agree that all after pictures are with alot of pushup. These models never are completely natural on photo. Shes beautilful anyhow.

She had to have had a boob job OR serious airbrushing beccuase even though she is wearing a very heavy duty push up bra, she did not have enough mass in her breasts to PUSH UP.
this is why flat chested girls who wear VS still have no cleavage... they have nothing to MAKE cleavage or push up.

guys, they are real because a) she was a baby in the pics where she looks smaller... she was not fully developed yet... she was just a baby & b) all the pics where adriana looks soooo big is because she is wearing a freaking massive push up bra (maaaajor push up) from victoria's secret. I know this because i have them & yes they do major miracles!!! cheers!
le espanola - baby? she's the same age as me! you stop developing at around 17-18 and she was 18 and above when she started modelling clearly not a 'baby' mine are 36f now and at 13 mine were dd's so I would say that in a year you cannot possibly grow at least 2 full cup sizes! (and no I'm not fat!)
You can't push up what is not there. People don't seem to realize this. I know, I look like her earlier pictures - people say just wear a push-up bra - but when you have nothing to push up you can't create a big cleavage or any cleavage. Just like the before pics of Heidi Klum and people say, oh she's just wearing a push up bra now - if you are as flat as she was, there is nothing to push up.

shes been airbrushed probably, its amazing what they can do now. they don't look unnatural in the After pics, they look how mine do when i wear a good push up bra and im a C cup - so not a large cup size. you also have to remember some of the before pics could have been taken when she was much younger, Adriana said in an interview that she started modeling at the age of 13, shes now something like 27/28 so she had time to develop!

The picture with the yellow bikini top...you see how they have like a "fake" skin colored rubber ball look about them, the light reflects off of them like they're objects and not soft flesh...think of like a scarlett johanson type, in EVERY picture, EVERY post her breasts look soft and supple despite their voluptiousness. Ms. Lima looks beautiful though, even though she's not 100% natural, she'd be beautiful with her original size too
it is very possible to make real breasts look fake with a massive push up bra...the breasts need to be firm though, "sagging" breasts don't push up as well as perky ones. She looks as though she has perky breasts and is wearing a great push up, VS also has inserts that you can put into the bras for even more size...i have 32 b cups and one halloween i wore the inserts with a massive push up and looked like a very large c cup...
Well she is a model for victoria's secret and they are known for push up bra's. Obviously to sell the bra's they're going to make sure the model wearing it can fill it out well. Plus she was younger in the beore pictures. She probabably didn't fully develop yet.

i'm pretty sure women with implants or any type of breast injction can not breastfeed.. so i guess everyone has their answer as she clearly has stated "she breastfed her daughter" in nyc when wearing the $2m bra.... also as a mother myself who use to be an A cup, and now wearing a C, i would know, your breasts do get significantly bigger when pregnant and after breastfeeding.
The woman just had a child... I'm sure her chest increased a lot when before and stayed the same after she had her child. And she also is wearing huge push up bras and she's photoshopped.

She didn't have a job done in those older pictures she was only about 18 years old still growing into her body and it's Victoria's Secret photos and they do photoshop and you have to put into counteraction how she poses when she takes pictures. And the bras that Victoria's Secret have her wear tend to be a size smaller to make her breasts look bigger than what they are and since she's had a baby she's now a C cup.
In the very first photo she is wearing a bra from an Italian company called Intimissimi and it is not padded - actually it's quite see-through. In the Italian catalogue you can clearly see her nipples (Only in Italy eh?).
Therefore if you think she's wearing some kind of padding to produce those huge melons, think again.
Only in the 4th photo (black bra and panties) is she young (and pre-surgery) wearing a push up bra to little effect, producing a slight increase in cleavage. It's just not possible to increase 3 sizes with only a padded bra. Sorry!

My bra size grew as time went on. When I was a teenager and into my 20's I was a B cup. I think I looked as little as she did in that yellow dress (maybe a hair bigger but not much). As I got into my thirties, I just grew into a 34C naturally. It's possible. Things can change over time. I know it did with me.
you are all retarded. it's called a push up bra, victoria's secret's number one weapon. i have small breasts but when i wear push up bras you can't even tell i have small breasts. it can bring you up TWO cup sizes. TWO. lay off her she has had no work done, believe or not she's a natural beauty, which, granted, it's hard to find these days.
That last photo is a Victoria's Secret bra, and I just have to say, I work for Victoria's Secret and all of you who think that a push up bra cannot significantly change your size must never have tried our push up bras. She obviously was about a B cup in the earlier photos, (you know, back in the 90s when having insane cleavage wasnt so important) and has plenty to work with. In addition to push up bras, lingerie models use clear silicone pads that adhere to the underside of each breast serving as an invisible push up pad, as well as stylist tape for pulling them up and keeping them up. Take into consideration photo editing, angles, poses, and all the resources Victoria's Secret models have for temporary enlargement. It really does not look like she's had any work done in that department.
There is no way that by lookking at these photos she had a boob job! In every photo that she look flatter in she isn't wearing a bra then in the others she has on a push up. I can make my own boobs look huge with different bras! I say no hers r all natural! In fact the mahority of the VS models boobs are natural in my opinion. :)
Yes, the bras do her major favors BUT she has DEFINITELY had a boob job done. If you google her undergarment modeling pictures, she has raised breasts in all of them (the ones taken after the augmentation). She upped one or two sizes that's why the result is not that significant. Natural breasts that size are a lot lower (even with VS bras) because of gravity. Yes you can make them push together with a VS bra and create the illusion of a massive cleavage but you can't really raise them up much. Unless you're aroused, the breasts won't be perky. The will be fuller and more "up" if she had breast implant... which she did.
those are good old implants anyone who thinks this is a push up bra get an eyecheck please. You cannot push up a B cup and make it look like a D cup. It's called succesful surgery. Almost all VS models have had their boobs done. Adriana is beautiful nonetheless but she clearly got a boob job.
Look at regualar bikini photos of vs angels(not photoshoped, without posing etc. etc.), most of them have small or medium breasts, but on pictures or at the show, they suddenly look 3 cups bigger.
For example Alessandra Ambriosa, she is an A, but in the vs-shows they look really big, I think they know enough methods to visually increase the breasts of there models, plus I'm convienced the bras they wear in the show are specially tailored.
